Under the authority and guidance of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic and operational direction for Hope's Home in accordance with achieving the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
The Director of Operations is accountable and responsible for the daily planning, direction, and evaluation of all staff activities, including the implementation of the Hope's Home philosophy and goals.
This role works alongside the Executive Director and provides direct support to the organization through the development and implementation of communications and fundraising.
The Nursing Coordinator oversees and supervises all nursing staff within the facility to ensure all children receive exceptional care in a medically safe environment. This role also manages extended respite services and coordinates the medical care of children.
The Education Coordinator oversees and guides ECE staff as they implement the philosophy and goals of Hope's Home. The Education Coordinator ensures ECE staff provide appropriate learning opportunities for all children at the facility while upholding the highest standards for daycare practice.
The Developmental Coordinator oversees and implements therapy programs at Hope's Home. The coordinator is also the primary contact person for outside agencies, and often attends physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions in order to stay up to date with therapy goals and program changes.
The Administrative Assistant provides ongoing office support for all executive members. This role fields inquiries from the public, assists floor staff, and acts as a liason for families and those in contact with Hope's Home.
With diplomas in early childhood education, our ECE staff implements the philosophy and goals of Hope's Home as they provide integrated programming for children with diverse needs. They create an environment that promotes learning, individuality, growth and development while upholding the highest standards for daycare practice.
Developmental workers are responsible for speech, occupational, and physical therapies at Hope's Home. These staff members provide individualized programming to meet the growth and developmental needs of our medically fragile children.
Our nursing staff works in a team environment in conjunction with the families to provide individually assessed care that meets the evolving and complex needs of each medically fragile child.
Our cook is responsible for creating a nutritious and enjoyable food program for all children at Hope's Home, taking into account all specialized dietary needs.
