Our autumn spotlight features Kadence, bright-eyed and beautiful.
"Hope's Home has done so much for Kadence!! The careful attention to her care, and the love and concern shown by every member of staff, has enabled Kadence to trust others, which she was not able to do when we started. That was so huge for us as we could
not leave the room at all. She now looks forward to coming, and cry's when it's time to go!
Her abilities, in all areas, have so dramatically changed, that the
prognosis given initially does not even come close to what she can do today! Her cognitive awareness is actually there now! She doesn't use her suction
pump, and only in extreme illness; she is starting to talk, which some thought she would not do. She is becoming mobile, climbing stairs, and she is even feeding herself with a spoon! We cannot begin to express how grateful we are
to every person at Hope's Home. We have got our life back, and with everyone needs being taken care of!" --April G, grandmother
